Easter Learning Journey- Special Time At Easter Day 9

Task Description: For this task we had to write what our family's do on a normal Easter Sunday. My family does lots of fun things, we have a BBQ, go to the beach and sometimes go up to our family house up north. This is task number 1 and 2 and also day 9 of the 2nd week of the Easter learning journey. Doing the Easter Learning Journey is really fun and also helps us with just keeping up with blogging.

Task Description: For this task we had to write which country we would want to travel to. But it had to be one of our family's home country or town. When we finished that we had to write about two people we would want to take with us to the country we chooses. When we are finished we have to post it on our blog with a task description,labels and a title. Doing this task was really fun. Also doing the Easter Learning Journey is great.

If I was able to travel to any one of these countries it would be where I am from which is Okokiri-Waimahana bay. I would want to travel there because that’s were my family would be, we could go fishing,swimming and have massive bonfires and have toasted marshmallow’

s with it. Even though I have been there a lot of times I would want to go there again it may seem boring but it’s actually fun.

Task Description: For this task we had to do a blog post about were we are from. That was from yesterday but today we had to write down what the Captial of the country is, what the population of the country is and also what the climate of the country is. Doing this task was fun I hope I can do another one of these. When I'm finished I have to post it on my blog with a task description, labels and a title.

Task Description: For this task we had to create a family tree. In my family tree I included my parents siblings. I am very close with both sides of my family but mainly close with my uncle from my mum's side and aunty's from my brothers side. Doing this activity was really fun. I really enjoy doing the Easter Learning Journey.

Day 4 Activity 1:

Original Floor Plan

Task Description: For this task we had to draw out a floor map of our own house. Doing
this task was fun but really sore for my fingers. At my house we have a porch then when
you walk in on your right is our living room and on your left is my parents bedroom-
(Bedroom 1 ). Then you walk straight and turn right and there is our dining table and our
kitchen, then too your left is our hot warming cupboard. You keep walking straight and
there's our bathroom and toilet and on the right is my older's sister’s bedroom-(Bedroom 3)
and on your left is my Bedroom-(Bedroom 2). This task was really fun to do.

Day 4 Activity 2:

Changed Floor Plan

This is my IMPROVED floor plan. What I changed was the Warming cupboard.
I took that out because we don’t use it that much. So now we have lots and lots of
rooms where we could put a bookshelf with each of our books or put a desk where
each of us could work while we are doing school work. I didn’t change my house that
much because I think it doesn’t need to be changed too much so the only thing I
changed was the Warming cupboard.

Task description: For this task we had to find out where these three locations are in New Zealand. I just added where I would want to go out of these three places. Doing this task was fun and also doing the East Learning Journey was really fun as well.

Day 2 Activity 1

Task Description: For this task we had to recreat the New Zealand flag in our own way.
I decided to keep the flag dark blue. I put four bright stars on the flag, I put one bright red star
at the top of the right corner and one at the bottom of the right corner. Then two red bright stars
in the middle. Then I put a white and black silver fern in the corner. This is the flag I have
deisnged I hope you like it.

Easter Learning Journey- Day 1- Task 1,2 and 3

Description for God: The reason god is my special object-(He is not an object but I didn’t know what else
to say) because everywhere I travel I pray. I pray with the people I am travelling with like my Aunty,
My Dad and Mum and sometimes my siblings. I pray to God whenever I'm feeling scared, angry and
sometimes sad. When me and my family are travelling up north to our house before we are about to go
on the road we all say a prayer and then go. Nothing else helps me when I’m scared so praying to God
helps me a lot. I reckon for everyone God is someone they pray to while scared and sad.

All About Me:

Greetings to you all, my name is Zamera. I am 12 years old and a Year 8 student Of Pt England School.
I have six astonishing teachers in the Team 5 block, Mrs Tapuke, Mrs Stone, Whae Kelly, Ms Tele’a,
Mrs IIaoa and Mrs Moala. My Favorite hobbies are playing sports and eating food. The sports I play are
Netball,Cricket,Volleyball,Tag,Touch and Softball. I have Three Siblings and two amazing parents
who raised me and my siblings well. In my spare time I love eating, playing Fortnite with my friends
and going for walks and rides on the electric scooter. My biggest Goal for this Year is to get great scores
on my report and make my teachers and family proud because it’s my last Year!

Day 1 Activity 2:

Task Description: For this task we had to visit a website and it was a NZ tourism page. We had
to pick three interesting facts and then re-write about that but in our own words.
This is the Easter Learning Journey this is just to keep up with learning and also keep blogging.
Also due to the lockdown there would be school today but there’s lock down so we do online
learning. When we have finished we have to post it on our blog with a task description, labels
and a title.

Task Description: For this task we had to watch a video about Auckland and places
to go In Auckland. These are three places I would go if I were on vacation. This task
description will also summarise what I had to do for each of these tasks. All three of
these tasks were really fun doing because I’m doing work at home and it’s really fun
to do. When I’m finished I have to post it on my blog with a task description, labels
